Signing session and concert

The signing session at the HMV Store in London is almost tradition. On October the 6th, a-ha will drop in once again and have a surprise on board. They will give a concert in front of 500 people at the Heaven in London on the evening. Back in the American charts

After 20 years, a-ha are back in the official Billboard. Their deluxe version of “Hunting high and low“ entered the top 40 at #34. The album “Scoundrel days“ followed at #36.

Also the new single “Butterfly, Butterfly (the last hurrah)“ is successfull. It entered the norwegian Charts at #13.

We've come full circle.

25 years after “Take on me“, the director Steve Barron works together with a-ha again. He direct the new video for a-ha's last single “Butterfly“. Barron was involved in the success of a-ha in 1985. So they managed with “Take on me“, a comic meet real life video, to incur the attention of the media to themselves on their third attempt. The video has been overwhelmed with awards and is still considered as a milestone in the music video production. You can see pictures of the video shoot hiere on the twitpic side of a-ha.com.

Expected release date: August 17th

Magne tested an electric race car

Last week, Magne was allowed to tast the new Mercedes SLS AMG E-CELL at the airport of Kristiansund. From 0 to 200 in 10 seconds, and that with an electric car. Magne was thrilled: “The car ist totally abnormal. It is fantastic to sit in a car with that type of power without hearing the engine noise.“
